Do you have MOQ request?

No MOQ. Sample order is acceptable.

How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

Usually we ship by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT for sample. And ship by air or by sea for bulk order. Usually the production time would be 3 to 5 days. Large quantity depends on negotiation.

How to place an order?

Firstly please let us know your requirements or application. Then we will quote according to your requests. Thirdly customer confirm the PI and make the payment. Finally, we arrange production.

Is it ok to paste customers' logo on products?

Yes. Please inform us before production and confirm the logo design, color, size.

Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes, we offer 1 to 5 years warranty for our products.

How to deal with the faulty?

Please note that our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. If any defective products, please provide us pictures or videos. Once our engineer confirms the quality problem, we will send the replacement lights with next new order.
